We have designed a 2 year rolling curriculum to ensure a complete and chronological coverage of the National Curriculum. We have chosen units that give a balance of learning about Britain's history and the history of the wider world. Through the teaching of these units, we aim to equip the children with a broad and deep subject knowledge, to purposefully plan key opportunities for children to develop different historial enquiry skills, and to foster an attitude of curiosity about the past.
