Spring term

Spring term 1 was a brilliant term - especially because of the progress that all the children made! Despite it being 'The term of the dreaded lurgy', the class completed an amazing amount of learning - writing being a key focus! Below is a range of the different activities and learning that we completed...
Throughout this term, we have been visiting Mounts Bay's music studio for our music lessons. We have been learning various instruments, new cords, how to keep rhythm and beat and we have even written our own song which we will be performing in our end of term production. Here are some photos of what we have been up to!
World Book Day was a blast! We had super costumes, activities, and even met a famous Cornish author who read to us. Sennen took part in lots of activities trhoughout the day, but also set up activities for others around the school grounds. They created a Where's Wally hunt in the forest and shared their homemade comics with EYFS and year 1/2. Here are some of our photos...
